MSA 2011 Conference Update September 26 2011

Only 3 weeks to go for the MSA 2011 Conference, A Climate for Better Measurement.  You can review the finalised conference program and the paper titles for presentations and forums.  The forums provide an opportunity to present the latest happenings in your industry in a less formal manner and for you to provide feedback and participate.  This year we have three forums covering a wide range or topics.

The CMM forum will feature Greg Hetland from the International Institute of GD&T, Allister Prosser from Thales Australia and Ashley Gracias from NMI.  They convenors will present a variety of co-ordinate metology topics and ask you to participate in the discussions.  Come prepared to ask difficult questions about where co-odinate metrology is going.

The Pressure forum will feature Randall Anderson from APL and Neville Owen from NMI and will cover the latest in the MSA pressure test methods and seek your feedback on how well these have worked for industry and where we need to go from here.  Bring along your challenges and share them with this forum.

Uncertainty and NATA forum featuring Bob Frenkel from NMI, Ron Cook and Walter Giardini past NMI and training experts and Paul McMullen from NATA.  The ISO GUM has been in circulation for over 15 years.  What are the latest updates, are we still doing it correctly, what can we still learn, has it gotten any easier.  Our team of experts will bring you up to date.

Our sponsors will have their latest products and information on display and their staff are keen to help you.  This year will feature Fluke as our major sponsor with NMI and NATA as sponsoring partners and sponsors Abstec Calibrations, Crystal Engineering, Scientific Devices and WIKA.  Please support our sponsors as they help make this conference happen.
